Our 50th anniversary

Rajk College celebrated its 50th anniversary along with two other jubilees: John von Neumann Award’s 25th and Herbert Simon Award’s 15th anniversary.

ABOUT THE AWARDS

John von Neumann Award

The John von Neumann Award is given annually by the Rajk College for Advanced Studies, to an outstanding scholar in the exact social sciences, whose works have had substantial influence on the studies and intellectual activity of the students of the college. The award was established in 1994.

The Herbert Simon Award

The Herbert Simon Award is given annually by the Student Assembly of Rajk College since 2004. Its recipients are academics, who have made an outstanding contribution to the solution of real-world business problems, while having made an exceptional impact on the development and thinking of College members.
